Here are some videos that were made in response to my Youtube Hypnotize Yourself Video. As a hypnotist, this is what I see when I am performing hypnosis. I still haven’t got over the fact that so many people have watched the video (over 1/2 million)

The video was done late one night and all off the top of my head. As far as the hypnotic process goes I would usually do a lot more. In fact a lot of people have noted to me that I tell everyone to open their eyes at the end, but never told them to close them. If you look at the first video video you can see that he closes his eyes without me saying anything. Thus I put it at the end as a safeguard.

It’s not surprising that hypnosis and sex have a link. Hypnotherapists regularly assist people with resolving performance issues/anxieties. So its a general feature of hypnosis. I was asked by someone the other day as they had seen a Hypnotist cause a woman to have an orgasm on stage in front of a packed crowd. He was wondering if it was more act than real. Whilst I can’t say that what he witnessed was actually a Hypnotic induced orgasm, I can tell you that it is very very possible for someone to experience a full body orgasm whilst under hypnosis.

How is this so?

Contrary to belief hypnosis isn’t about putting a person to sleep. In fact it can be quite the opposite where the subject experiences heightened thinking and senses. Its also the case where a person can experience imagined experiences as if they were real. The hypnotist assists in amplifying these experiences.

Will it work for anyone?

People respond to hypnosis in different ways. Some people experience things far more vividly than others. Whilst a high state of arousal may occur, orgasm may not be possible for some. I will say from personal experience that MOST people will be able to at least experince that high level of arousal.

How is it done?

If you have read my articles on Hypnosis and Self Hypnosis you would now understand a little bit about what it really is. If you haven’t yet watched my self hypnosis videos then I highly recommend watch the introduction to hypnosis video. It will give you really good sense of what it feels like to go into a trance.

If you are reading this and you are a smoker then chances are you want to give up. I don’t know how many methods you have tried before maybe, this is your first. The great news is that you can use hypnosis to quit smoking. It’s not important how long you have been smoking or how many cigarettes you smoke per day. The main thing is that you have a strong desire desire to quit. The other great news is that even if you have attempted to quit in the past and not had the success you desired, that doesn’t matter also.

How many session would you need? Well, for many many people, only one! It kind of sounds too good to be true doesn’t it. But really that is the case. Smoking isn’t just about an addiction to nicotine. Much of a persons inability to quit comes from the psychological reasons connected with smoking. Many smokers have routines connected with smoking.

In reality, the actual chemical addiction is easy to break. The body adjusts in a little over a week. But those little hooks that draw a person to smoke can still remain. Those little coffee and cigarette breaks. The social aspects of gathering with other smokers. Stresses that trigger the desire to have one. The town council was looking for a way to increase attendance and participation at their regular meetings. One member suggested bringing in a hypnotist. The officials agreed, a famous hypnotist was hired, publicity distributed, and everyone was pleased.

A few weeks later the meeting hall was packed, and the town’s people sat fascinated as the hypnotist withdrew a pocket watch. The hypnotist began saying… “All watch the watch, all watch the watch, all watch the watch…”

The crowd fell into a deep trance as the watch swayed back and forth, light gleaming off its polished surface. Hundreds of pairs of eyes followed the swaying watch, until suddenly the hypnotist’s fingers slipped and the watch fell to the floor…

“Sh*t” said the hypnotist.

…It took three weeks to clean up that town hall…

The one word that comes to mind when I talk about Jeffrey Stephens Hypnosis Workshop is SIMPLE. I have Gigabytes upon Gigabytes of Hypnosis resources stored on my laptop, but none thus far has managed to break down the whole process of hypnosis into simple and easy to follow steps. Not only does it do that, it covers what most other hypnosis courses skip – Changework. Jeff makes a big effort to show the changework live in action with real people. Again, this is done very, very simply.

I must admit, that as a student of conversation hypnosis (and if you have tried it you will understand the complexity) this kind of easy to follow, step by step process is almost a bit annoying as I can see people new to hypnosis, learning it fast. Thats not to say it isn’t for the experienced hypnotists either. I learned a load of new stuff.
